Once upon a Time – A Fresh Look at the Parables of Jesus: A new adult Sunday school class will begin April 7. We will meet in the Mayflower Room at 9:30 a.m. with the class being led by Harvey Booth. Good stories often become mirrors in which we see ourselves. Self-recognition produces self-understanding. Many of the stories of Jesus (the Parables) have precisely that effect. To read them is to see ourselves. But they are more than mirrors. They also become windows into the very heart and mind of God! The parables not only reveal who we are—they help us know who God is. Join us for a fresh look at the timely stories of Jesus.
