Serving Each Other

There are many ways to serve our congregation including contributions of your time and talent. Many people are unable to serve on committees or make a long term commitment to an activity for a variety of reasons, but there are numerous short-term tasks that need to be routinely done on Sunday mornings and at other times throughout the week and year.

  • Care for Our Facilities - Help maintain and clean our buildings and grounds by signing up for mowing, weeding, watering, picking up litter, or one of our regular "work parties."
  • Care for Our Community - Help with visitation, calls, sending cards, or providing food.
  • Foster Fellowship - Help provide coffee and refreshments after worship, or help with one of our frequent potlucks.
  • Lead Faith Formation - Help teach Adult Education classes, help with children's programming, or mentor new members or confirmands.
  • Serve in Leadership - Our church leadership is split between Governance and Ministry. The Governance Board is elected to ensure we are living into our mission and vision. Our paid staff lead our week-to-week operations and direct ministry teams.  Learn more about our boards, committees, and ministry teams.
  • Assist in Worship - Volunteer to be a reader, usher, or greeter during our Sunday worship. Additionally there are many rolls for our A/V Team and Music ensembles.
